vegetable smoothie

Ingredients for 2 persons :

2 tomatoes
2 carrots
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
A pinch of celery salt
6 ice cubes

Preparation

1. To press the lemon
2. Put the lemon juice in the blender.
3. Peel and slice the tomatoes and carrots.
4. Add tomatoes and carrots to the blender
5. Add 6 ice cubes and a pinch of celery salt.
6. Mix to obtain a smooth mixture and put it into the containers (leave to stand).
7. Turn the blender for at least 3 min) and put it into the containers.
