Ingredients (4 pers.)
- 600 g chicken breasts
- cut into thin strips
- (1cm by 3 cm)
- 1 tsp. starch
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp. Isio 4 oil
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. sweet curry
- 250 g canned pineapple
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 glass and a half of water
- 2 tsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
- In a salad bowl, coat the chicken strips with a mixture of cornstarch, salt and pepper. Put them in ActiFry, pour in the Isio 4 oil and cook for 5 min.
- Stop ActiFry, add the ginger, curry and pineapple, stir and leave to macerate for 5 min. Then add the soy sauce and water.
- Add 1 tablespoon of starch diluted in the pineapple juice.
- Cook again for 5 min. Serve with fragrant basmati rice (500 g).
