French toast

  • 4 eggs
  • 20
  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • Whole wheat bread
  • Cinnamon
  • Canola oil
  • Maple Syrup


1- Beat the eggs, milk and cinnamon in a bowl.
2- Soak the bread slices on both sides.
3- In a skillet, coat the surface with about 1 tbsp. of milk.
tea (5 ml) canola oil and heat over heat
4- Bake the slices of bread until each side is golden brown.
5- Serve with maple syrup.

Suggestion: try a raisin bread, the taste will be different, but just as good!

Complete breakfast: complete your breakfast with a piece of fruit and a glass of milk. In this way, you will have a complete and nutritious breakfast!
