- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- Whole wheat bread
- Canola oil
- Maple Syrup
1- Beat the eggs, milk and cinnamon in a bowl.
2- Soak the bread slices on both sides.
3- In a skillet, coat the surface with about 1 tbsp. of milk.
