Smoothie 1

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 1 apple
  • ½ cucumber
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 60 cl of water

Preparing the recipe :

  • Peel, cut the apple and ½ cucumber into pieces.
  • Add to the blender
  • Add 3 sprigs of mint and 30 cl of water to the blender.
  • Blend until a homogenous cocktail without pieces is obtained and pour into the containers.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • ½ Melon
  • cucumber
  • ¼ watermelon
  • 2 lime juice
  • 6 Ice cubes

Preparing the recipe :

  • Peel a cucumber and cut it into pieces and add to the blender.
  • Remove the seeds and cut a ½ melon into pieces and add to the blender.
  • Remove the seeds and cut a watermelon ¼ into pieces.
  • Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the blender.
  • Add 6 ice cubes
  • Blend until a homogenous cocktail without pieces is obtained and pour into the containers.
