Smoothie 1
Ingredients for 1 person
- 1 apple
- ½ cucumber
- 3 mint leaves
- 60 cl of water
Preparing the recipe :
- Peel, cut the apple and ½ cucumber into pieces.
- Add to the blender
- Add 3 sprigs of mint and 30 cl of water to the blender.
- Blend until a homogenous cocktail without pieces is obtained and pour into the containers.
Smoothie 2
Ingredients for 1 person
- ½ Melon
- cucumber
- ¼ watermelon
- 2 lime juice
- 6 Ice cubes
Preparing the recipe :
- Peel a cucumber and cut it into pieces and add to the blender.
- Remove the seeds and cut a ½ melon into pieces and add to the blender.
- Remove the seeds and cut a watermelon ¼ into pieces.
- Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the blender.
- Add 6 ice cubes
- Blend until a homogenous cocktail without pieces is obtained and pour into the containers.
